A configurable RBAC matrix
Every action is checked against a permission matrix HR can edit in the app; the owner bypasses, everyone else is held to it.
Features gated by plan
Any route whose capability the tenant's plan doesn't include is refused, following the plan and its add-ons, never trial status.
Cross-tenant walls + 2FA
Platform routes are owner-only behind mandatory 2FA, and suspending a tenant blocks its users at login, after credentials verify.
An immutable audit log
Every sensitive write is recorded and can't be edited, so there's always a trail of who changed what.
